Cam phaser mileage
I drive a 2008 5.4L F-250. How long do the average cam phasers last. I run full synthetic at 5K intervals and run WIX filters.

Just had one go out on a company truck. 250,000km or about 150k miles. Its a 2009 and we will probably scrap it.

I've seen them start making noise as early as 40k miles. Synthetic oil and Motorcraft filters(ditch the wix filters).
