Feel like I did pretty well today at the 1/2 off sale... $25... Uncut, undented, undrilled, all original with only a few scratches... Will look good in red.
Thanks... The entire assembly normally lists for about $70 but the guy at the counter felt like it wasnt an assembly in the same sense than a newer vehicle's dash would be since its just some sheet metal. So he rang it up in several smaller parts (glove box door, ashtray, & dash pad?) which when half off equalled about $25. Works for me.
Ah....I see you went pickin' too during PnP's 50 percent off promo.
Here is my haul:
A center console out of 90s Bronco for the LBB cuz bucket seats are coming up!. $10. It needs both sides of the latch. It didn't dawn on me but I think glove boxes use the same mechanism.
. A bumper delete license plate light for the LBB cuz it's not gonna have a rear bumper or roll pan for a while. $4
. Headlight buckets and mounts for the 73... It's gonna get quad 7-inchers one of these days. $8
. A nice pair of old school bumper guards for the 71. $8
I hear ya, Thanks for posting the pics on that 3g swap thread, I did my swap yesterday and it works beautiful. I might put up a thread on that but my pics were kind of crappy, lol

You're welcome. .. I figured bunch of fte'ers would be doing that swap so it made sense to take the time to document what it's all about.
I scored a divorced np205 out of a 75 Highboy at today's 50% off at pick n pull. $101.48 out the door. Going for $250.00 to $350.00 on CL out here.
I'm going to rebuild it and swap it out with my current 205 and keep it as a spare.
If anyone's interested the highboy I yanked it out of still has the divorced style np435 in it. It is beat up but the axles, springs etc are still there. Rocklin Ca pick n pull.
Nice score.. I picked up a 4WD NP435 and NP205 a coupla months ago... couldn't be a chooser so it was "full" price. Still, it'll replace the 2WD NP and Dana t-case in the 73.
.. I see you also have a lifted Radio Flyer. I hate getting flats and it's noisy as hell. 'gonna fab up a custom frame and steering linkages one of these days.

Yeah she's my cheapy harbor freight junk yard wagon. One of these days I'll do the same, but I want bigger wheels to get over that pick n pull gravel.

No doubt! On the bright side, they are kind enough to put carpet down.
The Richmond yard looked like an airplane crashed and disintegrated. I mean, there were parts strewn everywhere. It was insane. Same thing at the Rocklin yard?
