2005 with misfire

I've been having some power loss and misfire for some time now. No cel or codes on my scangauge 2. I had a p0263 before so I replaced injector 1 checked ficm and never dips below 48.5 checked both batteries replaced glow plugs cleaned out turbo. I don't know where to look next. Maybe wiring harness? It doesn't make sense that I'm not reading any codes. No smoke no hard start just a mis and hesitation.

I don't think the Scangauge will pull the codes you are looking for from a diesel.

A few things to do and it's real easy
1. Pull and Clean EGR Valve ( don't get any Carb Cleaner in the little holes that's under the Gasket).
2. Drain water Separator.
3. Clean Map to Intake ( little hole at the Threaded Nipple gets clogged ).
4. Clean IAT2 sensor.
OOPs sorry I said a few do you run a Fuel additive? if not you should 4oz every fill also OEM fuel and Oil Filters are a Must.

Thanks for the reply. I've cleaned the egr out and just changed the oil with motorcraft oil and filter and used rev x motor and fuel additive. I will do everything else you said and pray real hard. I've been without my truck for a few months now.

It stalled a couple times when the problem first showed. I changed the fuel filters and pump after. It goes into high idle when I have it idling in park. Also when I get up to about 50-55 it starts bucking and shaking real bad.

Btw when the problem first started I was driving to get gas at about 1/4 of a tank and it just bogged out and stalled felt to me like the fuel pump wasn't working properly so I replaced that and the filters. I cleaned the iat2 and map sensor yesterday but still running rough.

At this point I would check your ICP and IPR #s

Have you done the blue spring upgrade?

the P-0263 is Injector #1 contribution/balance or Injector, when you Installed did you make sure the torx was correct? and what Brand of Injector did you purchase? are you getting any other DTCs now? How did the Wiggle test turn out ?
