Rear Fuel Tank Problem
Hi all. I'm new to this site so please excuse me if I don't get everything right on this first post. I've got a 1992 F 250SC with the 460 EFI. When I switch to the rear tank, the gas guage works and I have power going to a yellow wire that is going to the top of the rear tank. In this same 4 wire wire harness there is a heavier guage orange wire that has no power going to it. A friend told me the truck has a fuel switching valve somewhere between the two tanks on the frame. Well I sure can't find it. I've not only traced the fuel lines but also the wire harness. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks RJ
