Looking for a motor
I'm posting to see if anyone near South jersey has a running truck or just a good motor for sale? I have a 351M right now that needs a rebuild but I'll buy a 400M or straight six for our trucks.... Need something fast as i need my truck back for my new job so i don't have to drive the F350 in the snow all winter

No such thing as a 400M, it's just plain 'ol 400.
351M: 1975/79 misc Ford/Merc Passenger Cars - 1977/79 F100/350 - 1978/82 Bronco - 1980/82 F150/350.
400: Misc 1971/79 FoMoCo Passenger Cars - 1977/79 F100/350 - 1978/82 Bronco - 1980/82 F150/350 & Econoline.

I search Craigslist ever day in my state and neighboring states and NOTHING. THERE IS A KID ABOUT 45 minutes from me who buys and sells old dents but he never has a running engine to sell and the ones he wants to sell he wants around 500 for a unrunning motor that you have no idea what it will do

Man that sucks. For whatever reason i cant find these trucks anywhere near me... Had one about a month ago was a ladies husband nice running 79 bronco she got the truck in the divorce sold it for 500! I missed it by two minutes after she posted someone called her before me

Hi, I have a 1978 F-150 Custom 4x4 4 speed with a 351 in it. It has been sitting since 1993 in my farm yard. Will this work for u?
