Looking for someone in the Gettysburg/York PA or northern Maryland who I can take my truck to for Head Gaskets and studs.

Check out "XLR8 diesel trucks". I have no experience with them, but know they're in the area you asked about. They're 1/2 hour south of Gettysburg.

Are you absolutely sure it's head gaskets?

90% sure. Getting high coolant pressure up to 15/16 and blowing coolant when tow long distance. Gets up in pressure empty as well but does not blow coolant yet.

took the egr cooler out several months ago.

I've used xlr8 for some stuff I didn't have tools for. Good group to deal with, or at least that was my experience
