How to adjust gate

Hi all, i have a 2000 f250 7.3 4x4 and the gate is sticking like i need to pull it extra hard then smack the gate towards the cab to get it to open. Any help would be great

When mine gets that way I oil the handle and the locks and its good as new till the next time. Unless something it bent then it has to be fixed. Maybe that will help.

ok i put some gun oil in all the bits but i will pick up some spray silicon and give that a shot. thanks
