DVD player not wokring?

DVD player not wokring?

Navigation head unit says "No DISC" And the screen just has the Ford logo in the back. Cannot even select DVD option on media selection, only DVD Aux is an option. When truck is first started up, the head unit ALWAYS switches to DVD Aux. Very weird, but not having the dvd for the kids has got annoying. ideas?

Bump. This is quite annoying, Can't stand to think of spending money for Ford to diagnose when I could buy a whole head unit or DVD player for less than their diagnosis charge!
