Mustang headers?

Mustang headers?
I was curious as to the installation of mustang headers in the F150 4X4, especially the equal length type. I've heard this will work but can't find any documentation on this. Anyone done this? How much difference between stock and these headers?

I belive that the mustang ones will not work with your stock exhaust system. On my F250 I used mustang ones because I was doing the entire system at once. The mustang style headers will give me tons more options when looking for headers. The output of the header is different on the mustangs Vs the F-series trucks.
So if you are going to do a complete exhaust job then I would say go for the mustang style. However if you are just replacing your stock manifolds then the best bet is the Summit shorty truck header! They replace the stock manifolds perfectly!

Mustang headers?
What are y'all using for gaskets? I have a set of Hedman shortys I've been using Mr. Gasket paper ones and they suck. I'm under the hood once a week tightening them up. Should I be using copper ar some type of composite gasket?
