Warn Hub Conversion
First, make sure you have the proper supplies:

Then put your truck on your hoist. This step isn't really necessary, but I don't like having to bend down.

You have already verified the parts in the beer fridge, so verify the ones in the Warn Box. A couple of hubs, the lock thingys, snap rings, o-rings, etc.

If ll is good, it's time to reduce one part from the fridge. Then, grab a needle nose pliers, and remove the factory snap ring from the hub.

A couple of light taps to free any corrosion / gunk and they come off in your hand. (If more tapping is required, feel free to visit parts fridge)

This is what you have on your bench at this point:

(yeah mine were shot)
Now grab the locky thingy, and insert it into the hub.

Celebrate with parts from the parts fridge. Then go grab the large snap ring.

It is in three layers, so peel one up and get it into the slot.

Spin it around and in, it'll look like this. Whew, this is a lot of work. Getting thirsty, right? Good thing we're prepared with supplies.

Now, grab the lock out, and install the rubber o-ring into the groove.

Next, slide one of the hex bolts into one of the holes so you can get alignment of the lockout to the locky thingy.

Give it a couple spins, then install the rest making sure everything lines up while it's all still loose.

Once they are all in, use a wrench and snug them all up first, then tighten them. If you're thirsty like I was at this point, get some supplies.

I did the across thing like installing lug nuts, not sure if it was necessary, but I took the picture, so here it is.

Then tighten them all up according to someone's specs, I just used Elwood "That's Good" torque specs.

Get more supplies from supply fridge, and verify you haven't left anything on the bench.

Do the same thing to the other side. (that's why there are two sets of supplies in the supply fridge)
Set the truck back down on the ground, swing the hoist arms back, and wait for your buddy to show up, who won't, because he's making stew.

GO FOUR WHEELIN!
