I use a movers blanket if I'm really committed, I'll grab a couple couch pillows from the camper too. But, for an oil change I just roll around on the ground and tough it out for the 4 minutes I'm under there.
It takes maybe a minute to remove the drain plug, then I get out.
Maybe two minutes to spin the oil filter 1/2 way, then I get out.
Maybe two minutes to remove the old oil filter, install new one, install drain plug.
So, maybe five minutes total but not all at once.
If I'm actually working the moving blanket and pillows are nice.
I also use a blanket. With a creeper I can't clear the running boards . I have a 250 so they a a little bit lower
I also learned that if your weight is near 250, you have trouble cleaning the running boards on a F350 FX4. But, then that's another issue all together isn't it..........LOL!

All this time I thought it was my creeper's fault. LOL
No idea where to get one or how mush it cost. Plus I hardly ever work on my vehicles anymore. I'm at the age where I let younger guys do the hard stuff.
I have an old wooden creeper from Sears as shown above. It works for me. I really would like one of these: Video Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dgMT7IozS-A No idea where to get one or how mush it cost. Plus I hardly ever work on my vehicles anymore. Now that is pretty cool but I think that may be just a little out of my budget.
