Crazy idea.
I want to take my '77 F150 long bed and put the cab and bed on a F250 Frame. (2WD) Anyone know if the rails are the same from 1973-79?

No, they are not the same. The 3/4 ton frame rails are narrower under the bed on the F-250.

I just changed a '73 cab and bed 2wd to a '79 chassis 4wd. The rails were the same (all measurements) So I'm going base my decision that they are the same for the F250 too and info from Fordification says they the same.

The only frames widths that were different were on the high boys
