Try www.LMCTruck.com. They have repair panels. I just got new rear leaf spring mounts for my F250 from them. Parts look good, do not have them installed yet so I can't tell you anything about fit.
I need to do some sheet metal work this spring myself. Maybe someone will chime in on LMC body panel quality.
Try using the 3M panel bonding adhesive. It works great. Dry fit the new part and align with screws, remove and prep the metal, reinstall using the adhesive and use a heat lamp to speed curing. Use filler at the overlap joints.
I don't know of anyone who sells a piece of rocker.
Have not been impressed with the quality of LMC patch panels.
Raybuck sells the outer floor you need to replace the pinch weld that holds the door gasket.
This floor design traps all kind of crap under the sill plate, inside the flange.
