2013 6.7..46k miles.

I know we have crappy radiators. that's why I bought the premiumcare plan. had that replaced at 45k..200 miles later smelling coolant. take it in they say the waterpump is leaking from a "weap hole"...great...get it back..still smell coolant. very fricken frustrated. Not what I expect from a 45,000 dollar truck. especially a 2013

One radiator and a water pump and it's time to trade her in. Maybe have a look at a Ram, I hear that they never break.

Sucks that she broke. Post pictures of the new truck when you get it.

It's certainly annoying, we get it and some of us have had our trucks at the dealer quite a few times but thankfully you have the ESP premium care warranty. Take it in and let them fix this second issue.
If they keep it overnight, you get a car if that's in your plan.
The radiators are an issue, since the '08.

I agree we shouldn't have recurring radiator issues but I think if Ford has interest in fixing the radiator issue, they would have by now since it's been seven years.
I don't even know how to compare a '98 Dodge to a new Super Duty or even a new RAM. Way more complicated today.

I would utilize the warranty and get your truck fixed and enjoy years of service.

Here's poll what the RAM owners think of their trucks.

Wow, that's quite surprising! I figured the Cummins fanboys would have put a landslide vote for them being perfect. I've always said the bad thing about a Dodge truck with a Cummins is you have a 20 year motor in a 5 year truck

I'm sorry to hear about these radiators. It makes me wonder if I should get the ESP or just realize that I may be buying a different truck in 3 years if I see these issues.

I do like the new 2015 GMC Denali.

It's machinery.

Manufacturing as a process will never be perfected. There will always be a % of error.

Just replace with a mishimoto all aluminum radiator! Problem solved!

Some processes are more reliable than others. Ford has known about the radiatrs since 2008. Although I think that powerstroke mechanic figured out that a ot of failure are due to the frame of the truck flexing. He had a video with a Mishimoto radiator that had failed because of the same issue.

And some manufacturers actually learn from failures and fix them better. Why Ford has ignored this one I don't know.
