Tu-tone yellow & white were original colors for these trucks.
COLOR code stamped on the 2nd line of the Warranty Plate: 8M or GM
8 = Springtime Yellow / M = Wimbledon White // G = Chrome Yellow / M = Wimbledon White.
I'm not aware of any newer Ford truck with 'Screaming Yellow' paint and I doubt that's FoMoCo's name for it...unless it was a Lightning only color.
AFAIK: No 2004 or newer truck is available in yellow.

Oh yea, the warranty plate color code says "8" does that mean it would have been one color (springtime yellow) from the factory and not two tone?

If 8 is the only COLOR code, truck was not tu-toned.
