CNG removal

I just bought a 1999 F350 with the v10 engine. It has a CNG system I would like to remove. The controller sasys technocarb efs 600. When I cut the power to it the truck cranks but does not fire. I dont see where any of the factory wires have been cut but they have been spliced onto. It lools like the fuel pump wire, fuel injector wires, and a coil wire have beenn splced onto by the engine and several more wires have beenspliced onto near the ECM. I would like to remove the CNG wiring harness but I am not sure if my ECM was reprogrammed to not start the engine if it doesnt see the CNG controller?

CNG controller,

I know it’s been a few years but, thought I would try. Did you happen to keep the EFS600 controller?
