Swap automatic to manual
I have a 1989 F350 crew cab with a 460 engine 7.5L and 3 speed automatic transmission. I would like to know if it is possible to convert it to a 5 speed manual. Any other useful info is appreciated including the pros and cons and whatever other info I need to know.

Yes, the auto to manual should be a bolt up once you find all the parts. (Hanging pedals, clutch linkage, bellhousing,flywheel, transmission). You may have to cut a hole in the floor for the manual tranny shift lever, and you may have to modify driveshafts. Hope this helps.
