Help! Speaker making white noise!
Hey guys,
I've notice this issue 2 months ago, but didn't do something about it till today. Anyway, my trucks radio(pioneer) is making a white noise sound, it's really frustrating. I took the radio out of my truck, and unplugged the pioneer harness and plugged it back in and for about 15 sec there was NO white noise. Then it started again, guys I'm stumped. Help? BTW the reason I'm doing this today is because I got 4 new speakers to put in, I want to get this issue fixed.

Do some tests.
Does it do it with the volume all the way down?
Does it do it with the radio, or the cd, or tape(whatever it has) or with all of them.
Do you have the noise with the engine off or only with the engine on?
Do you have a amplifier in this setup?
