Monthly GTG's
I want to start a thread on monthly GTG's, anyone and everyone is more than welcome to attend. I will try and set something up on Sunday's in the afternoon so anyone that has to drive a distance can make it there and back. These are laid back family friendly events, summer times may include going to a park or car show type event.
Post up some ideas. We can do a date and time in here and also start a little thread for each month so people know a few weeks ahead of time.
I am also going to try and get things a little bit in the other areas. We will start in January by going to Railtown Brewing. Brand new place that has just opened up in Dutton (south east side of GR) Looking at the 18th for a date for this one. We will look into doing something toward the east side, north, Jackson/Marshall area, Cadillac, Traverse City, along with the attempt to get a camping GTG weekend again for this year somewhere just to hang out.
Post up any ideas or events that you may know of that we can go to as a group. I want to try to hit a couple of the car events this year, Woodward dream cruise, maybe Metro cruise in GR. Let me know what you have and where and we can try to add it to a calendar of events.

I like your thinking so far Rich. Perhaps start scheduling the general locations a few months in advance. Depending on where,particularly up north, I will probably coordinate camping trips as well.

Also, everyone needs to know that these GTG's do not have to be set up by me. Anyone can have one. Just make a post with a date and time and a place to meet and get some people out together and have a good time.
I may have to see if George will send out an email to all the Michigan members. There are a bunch, but not many stay active in our bs thread (they don't know what they're missing)

Just checking some dates on things. Looks like Broncorama is May 3rd from 9-3. Pretty sure I know where I'll be that day. It is a Sunday so we should be able to get a few members there to hang out.
