T-lock differential
is this a good locking differential or is this some weak limited slip type thing? I see them on bronco graveyard for about 250 bucks and i really want a rear locker for cheap. I could go for this or one of those detroit ez lockers. What do you think?

The Eaton Traction-Lok is the OE limited slip in Fords.

so what is weak about the lock-right or "mini locker"? wear in the way they transmit power or weak as in breaking? will they work good in a 77 f150 used for off roading about 40% of the time?

The weakness lies in the design. With less metal closer to the center of rotation, torque is high and they just tear apart. It depends on how much torque your engine & transmission can make, & how big and aggressive your tires are.
