HAVEN FORD in Haven KS has 3 = 620-465-2252.

NOS PARTS LTD in Waxahachie TX has 16 = 972-937-2201 (website says $110.00).
As noted in post 6 .. Haven also has 1 of the original part number: E4TZ-17C476-A (replaced by E7TZ-17C476-A the by E9TZ-17C476-A).

It has an unusual 4th digit of its prefix, its 2 digit suffix is also unusual...so it's more like an ID engineering number than a part number:
F2HS-17C476-BA (replaced by E9TZ-17C476-A) / No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.
