Is it just me or is that bolt bracket twisted? Seeing the damage to your rubber spring makes me wish it was light so I could go inspect mine. That looked like an accident waiting to happen.

He's probably planning on running the brake lines inside, vs outside like my installer did. I would have preferred that, but I also can understand why the installer didnt want to drop the coroplast too.

Roy:
- You are one of the toughest mechanics on the planet.
- What are your thoughts on this project. Plenty of broken and questionable parts here. Do you put this down to your usage. Lots of miles, rough roads, and plenty of use and this is normal and expected. Or, do you think that the manufacturer builds their suspension too light for this RV. You should not have to spend this money and time on this expensive a trailer? Are you upset with the manufacturer here or is this just part of owning an RV in your mind?

Most brands insulate the underbelly as a way to skip being neat with wires. They sell it as insulation but in reality, it saves them a ton of time neatly routing all the various wiring involved in a modern RV.
