Engine getting tired???????

I had my compression checked on my 1989 F150 with a 302 and am getting 125-130. I pull a camper about 15 miles to the campground and I can tell the ole Ford ain't what it used to be. How long can I wait till I decide on an overhaul or replacing the engine. The truck has 109,000 miles with a new clutch and starter, so I plan on keeping it a while. My wife has 2 kids in college so I gonna have to drive the ole Ford a few more years!!!!!!!!!!!!

to me it sounds like there aint nothing major wrong with it. try giving it a simple tune-up. plugs-wires-dist.cap and so on. depending on how well the engine has been taken care of, you should get well over 100,000 miles out of it.
