Egr voltage
Quick question. Looking at expected readings for scanguage yesterday. I noticed EGV should be 0.8 at koeo. Well i show 0 volts. I then checked my EGD and EGM(valve position measured and desired) and i also showed 0 volts while at idle. Might be a dumb question but is my egr valve toast? Thanks

Thanks 04badford. Will try those numbers tomorrow if i have time and report back. I do get some voltage numbers while driving on the EGV- it varies from 0 to 1 or 2. Even numbers no decimals

as you throttle higher the Valve position will go up, at Idle it should be around 75/80 some time's around 85 witch is borderline what you don't want is high at 15 and low stuck at 85% as far as the Volts I have never really watched that.

some EGR Values are just seeing V-ref like the one you posted so that's good . the one that make a diff are EGR Duty Cycle, valve position, the EGR vpd reads high at 9.75 take these tests in park, sitting just Idle and at 2500 rpm for high.
