want more power

(I have a 1994 aerostar with a 4.0L and want more power. I don't mind doing alot of work, new cam, heads and exhust.

I have a good idea, dump the aerostar and get a truck or a mustang. Seriuosly, what the heck are you gonna do with a modified aerostar. You should get to the soccer games/grocery store faster!!!!

I tow a boat and have one hell of a stereo, 2500watts of power 7 speakers, huge sub. power inverter for ac appliances. and I still can hual 7 people a boat and all the camping supplies I need

Is the Aerostar 4.0 the same engine they put in the Rangers? If so BBK makes a supersharger kit which should add all the power you need. It's smog legal on the Ranger, don't know if this is applicable or not to you.
