chassis spec
Hi guys, anyone know chassis dimensions for 37 ford truck ? 1/2 ton. replacing rear crossmembers.

I have a '37 1 1/2 ton, but no real specs. Others will want to know if it's a half ton or a bigger 1 1/2 ton. The big truck was available in two wheelbase configurations. Something like 131" and 157", or close.

37 1/2 ton , looking for chassis dimensions , ie rear width at axle & back brace most important, replacing these crossmembers, cheers guys.

The frame would be SAE standard 34" like later trucks I believe. Here's a diagram of a 48+ chassis.
And a 46 diagram to give respective.
And the 36 big truck with same. Stu

definetly not f1 frame , my 37 has 30" at front & somewhere around 44" at back axle, could do with a drawing as below of a 37 frame, cheers bud.

I think IIRC the SAE frame width standards didn't start until '39.
