Cap question

I have a cap off a 97 f350 with 8' bed will this cap fit a 97 f150 with the newer body style? It is one of the commercial caps that have the double doors that replace the tail gate

I couldn't say, but if you have the cap and the truck, just measure it.

Can't say for sure, but I doubt it. I had a cap on my '02 F-250, it didn't come close to fitting my '97 F-250HD (OBS). The Super Duty bed tapered narrower near the tailgate so the cap was a couple inches too wide at the front and a few inches too narrow at the rear. I wouldn't be surprised in the '97 F-150 is different from the '02 Super Duty, but I doubt it's the same as the OBS either.
