Adding myself to this thread so I can buy a disk as well, and support the great workmanship and skill being shared.

This is a fantastic thread.

Having previously done a large thread on a flat 6 rebuild, I appreciate the amount of time and effort that's required to stop and take pictures throughout the process and then get them online in a readable form.

You've motivated me to try my hand at forming some of my own sheet metal patches.

Is there a specific brand you prefer when it comes to sheet metal forming tools?

Thanks to all for your kind words! Somehow tho a misunderstanding has evolved. I do not sell the shrinking disks. They are available from a seller on ebay: Shrinking Discs, DVDs items in Pro Shaper Tools and Videos store on eBay!

I am offering a bullseye pick hammer, PM me if interested.
I am no longer allowed to offer my rust repair/patch panel forming workshops on this forum, so if you are interested in attending one, you will also have to PM me for details.

As far as brand of tools, it really depends on what specific tool you are interested in. One brand of body tools I don't recommend is the body hammers (clubs) sold by Harbor
Freight and many sellers on ebay they can be recognized by their heavy thick handles up near the heads. They are much better suited for driving nails! I buy a lot of my body tools used and refinish them. They are less expensive that way and usually the older tools are of a much better quality. PM me for recommendations. I also make or adapt some of my tools.

Just read through this about 10 times... can't wait to get the front end off and cleaned up for the journey to you shop. It might take me a whole half hour to get there...

Great stuff... really excited to learn something new...
