Morning George. I'm ready for summer NOW! It was beautiful here Saturday, about 70 degrees. I put up Christmas lights up on the house in shorts!! Yesterday, it was 12 when I got up. WTF??

See we squeaked one on Iowa? Didn't help Bo, though. Now, waiting to see who they replace hiim with.

Well, not sure if I'd consider the Pelini thing a victory. I hate seeing him go. But, it's probably for the best, who knows. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens next!

Negatory...it's a good thing...the man just didn't have it. He'd probably do well at a school that has lesser expectations than Nebraska. I liken his situation to the Patriots situation...unless you win THE LAST game of the season...it's a failure. Great things are expected...anything less is a failure!!!

Yeah, I agree. Just tough seeing him go. He brought us out of the ashes of the Callahan debacle. I wish him well. But, he just wasn't getting it done, and I don't think he was willing to make the staff changes, to get NU over the hump.

Can't feel too bad for him...I do believe he's owed about 7.9 million on his contract. Not a bad severance pay!!!

Oh, yeah, he's not going to be hurting financially. Just tough seeing him go. But, it's better for the team, they need a new direction. So, now we'll see what our AD comes up with!

I would have gladly taken only a paltry 1 million when I left Nebraska... nobody offered me dime however...
