Bottom line I found another dealer today that had a Platinum with everything I wanted but one. Went thru the Costco plan and with black Friday and financing got $10,500 off of msrp. Trucks now in the garage and I'm happy. Called the first dealer today, cancelled order and the good faith check has been shredded.
This was an adventure for sure. Looks great! Love the interior.
Ford is selling a lot of Platinum trucks in the last week or two according to FTE. Platinum owners are very proud (and should be) of their trucks. They seem to be outselling KR, Lariat, and XLTs these days on FTE.

The big diff. for me between the KR and Platinum is that you can't get the Pecan interior in the KR and I'm not a fan of the KR leather. No offense to KR owners. I also like the Plats wheels much better.
We really liked the Metallic White ourselves. But....between the Painted Wheels and Painted Bumpers we had no choice but to choose the Lariat with the Ultimate Pkg. Then the King Ranch, it was designed the same way but with the mandatory two tone brown paint. I just wish we could custom order our vehicles like we could in the past.
