The huge flutter sound when you let up fast is the turbo venting the pressure it built, called a turbo fart.... normal.

Baro should not move. EBP does go up when you stomp it, it should come down when you let up, amybe a little slow but should come down. P0401 is EGR low flow, if you deleted the EGR or it's unplugged or it could be plugged up and needs cleaned. If you have a delete, you'll need a tuner to clear the P0401 code.

Verify the MAP x-gauge is programmed correctly.

When turning the corner and you boot it, tires spin and then you let off the wheel kicks the other direction... yep, truck trying to get itself straight.

The kick back I get from giving her quick gas around the corner I don't spin tires just formal turning and quick giving her some throttle I feel like that's a separate issue cause my power steering fluid smells like it's burning. But I do have an egr delete but I've had it for over a year and this code and massive flutter is coming out of no were. Is the boost pressure releasing because of a crack in the cac? Would a crack in the cac cause a flutter sound after I let off in the throttle and why would it get much worse when I disconnect the ebp sensor?

It could.

The power steering pump boosts the brakes and the steering.

Also just found out that 30 hg is 14.7 psi so my baro sensor is spot on so I'm going to do my little pressure test within a few days to check if there is a leak in the cac

Do you have the EGR butterfly in the intake? If so it would cause the loss of boost at the intake and power will roll off. If so remove and things will be better. Most remove regardless of tuner just so it cannot close even if from air flow. Early had one, I believe 05 and up do not.

Yes I have butterfly valve it's an 04 if I find the pipe is leaking I'm going to upgrade to metal pipe with new elbow if I don't replace the plastic pipe how do I remove the valve?

Easy to do. There are two screws in the center of the butterfly plate. They are braded so will take a little work to screw out. Remove the housing from the truck easy to drop the screws in the intake. Once off it is pretty easy to figure out. Don't need to remove the shaft. Just the butterfly valve itself.

Same basic design as a carburater throttle plate, comes out the same way. Like he said leave the shaft in place.

So did you Verify if there was a crack in the CAC ?, that alone will do some weird stuff to power

Okay so yeaterday or the day before I forgot witch all the days are mixing in together works been crazy but I tested the cac pipes and cac it self. But if I did it correctly witch I think I did no leaking from either the pipe or intercooler but I did notice a slight release of pressure from just under the turbo or possibly to the right of the turbo but no leaks from the intercooler so yay don't have to spend a grand on parts. And I did the flap removal and possibly the easiest mod I have ever done and did a big difference. So don't know where to go from here.

How can I test those spots without taking everything apart. And to be honest I don't think they could be cracked or leaking because I just replaced both manifolds and the smooth up pipe egr delete and y pipe the manifolds and y pipe are off a donner but they were pretty much brand new came off a 07 with 35000 miles (total truck there loss is my gain ) how can I test it?

some signs of leakage
1. smelling exhaust in the cab
2. loud
3. loss of power
4. soot on the firewall
5. rattling connection
A visual inspection would be necessary take a piece of paper towel or toilet paper and hold it up in that area and watch for blow by.
