As near as I can tell this is a 60 long bed frame that was shortened and then 56 body put on it. The rear tires are not as far forward as they look but the rear axle appears to be in the correct location. I am going to move the bed box forward to improve the tire spacing and improve the gap between the box and the cab. I think the previous owner shortened the either the long bed running boards from the 60 or a 56. I'm trying to determine which running board brackets he used and if he cut them. I want to use a down and forward spring in the front to improve the height and the wheel spacing in the front but don't know for sure if the PO kept the front 56 or 60 suspension. Any one have any thoughts besides WTF?
