I used Bimbo's Extreme chrome wheel cleaner and terry cloth hand towel. I just sprayed the wheel cleaner on the wheels while they were dry. Let them soak a few minutes then wiped them down with the towel soaked with the car wash water. I used Wesley's bleach white on the tires since you couldn't even tell they were raised white letter tires. Oh and I used a wet brush on the tires as well. I also have Bimbo's Extreme metal polish and sealer for all the chrome parts. Just didn't get that far this past weekend. However I plan to do that after I get back from vacation.

Thanks for the reply! I've been looking for something to clean the wheels of break dust. The chrome rims look awesome when they're nice and shiny, but it's hard to get them perfect with just rags.
You're welcome. Unless you can find a local vendor for that product line you'll have to order it. Their phone number is 1-800-349-5191. That is if you want to give it try. Their wheel cleaner even has a nice cherry scent as well.
Gave her a bath yesterday. Looks kind of incomplete because I didn't shine the tires. Last week when I shined them it slung tire shine all down the sides of the truck.
Shined up and decked out for her first beach trip. Love this rig so far. It got about 15.8mpg configured and loaded this way, dropped to around 8mpg on tbe sand. My '05 handled the sand a little easier. Got some bugs to work out yet on this one.
Had the truck for a little over and month and finally got a chance to do an exterior detail. Clay, Meguires M205, Collinite 845, and topped with Natty's blue paste. I let the C845 cure over night before laying down the wax. All applied with a Flex buffer. Unfortunately there was plenty of sun but few clouds for hood hood reflection shots.
