Wondering if that manual shift was factory original?
Maybe I'm a bit lazy these days but in a people moving van I can't see the utility or "fun" in having to shift it.
Yes, it was, the mid-late '80's E was on the floor, earlier '69-74 stub nose were 3 on the tree manual shifts.
I took one on a test drive from a dealer once (yes I'm that old)
My thought were the same back then........at the end of along day.......I didn't want to be shifting in rush hour on the way home.
I think there are members on here with the floor shiftier. Sound off......
