I ordered it from National Automotive Lines, Inc., 1.800.428.4300
They have a website, www.natauto.com, but you can't order online, you have to call. It cost me just under $23 including shipping. I ordered it last Friday morning and I had it in my mailbox yesterday.
Ask for the ASTG manual for the A4LD transmission. It covers everything you will need.
