I was noticing that my front tires are wearing on the outside edges, so I decided to check the toe. The truck is a 2010 F150 4WD. Currently, the setting is about 3.5 toe out, which doesn't sound normal to me. Trouble is, I can't find any place to tell me the specs. The Chilton library (online), has a "-" for the toe setting, but I'm not sure if that means dead straight , or just not available. Anyone know if this is correct or where I can find the chart?

Sorry I don't use google (lol), but I did an "internet search", and produced some results. One answer was .2 degrees +- .2, which would put .0 in tolerance, another showed .0 degrees +- .02. I don't know which is really the true spec, but looks like .0 is definitely ok and since Chilton's indicated that too, I'll go with it.
I don't have an answer but always was under the impression that a hair of toe in was better than out and since toe tends towards shifting out during acceleration you always wanted a touch of toe in?
