Hello this is my first time posting to any forum looking for answers. I'm not the most mechanically inclined person around but have a basic understanding of the working of the motor. I've got an 06 f250 6.0 with 118,000 miles on it. The turbo is lagging pretty bad. When accelerating the turbo waits a couple seconds then just takes off on me. I'm getting a code for lack of turbo response. It also doesn't like to start when parked on an incline. It'll crank over but idle low with no throttle response and will eventually just shut off. I'm noticing my headlights pulsing at night while driving so I'm going to have them checked out. And one more problem I've found just this morning is coolant escaping through my threaded coolant cap at the top of the motor. Any help would be extremely appreciated. I've searched forums for a while now and don't find anything with all these problems at once. Thanks in advance for any help. I'm actually getting 2 codes p0299 and p0480

Reason: Update
It still has the egr in it. As soon as I get time to get the batteries tested I'll get it done. The fan code started coming up when I had my ficm changed out. Thanks for the video. I will definitely try that and let you know the results.
I'd check the batteries for sure, that maybe the root cause for all of your problems. And I'd make a priority! Low voltage will kill the FICM (Fuel Injector Control Module)...a $500 part if you have to replace it. When you check them...make sure they're unhooked from the batteries terminals; a strong battery will cover for a weak one through the harness. The puking coolant could be a bad degas cap...the springs in them overtime to fail and at $20 I'd replace that before I started thinking my EGR cooler has failed. But then I'm cheap...just not easy.
