I think we all attach some sentiment to a machine, specially one that requires a fair amount of attention like the 6 litre. Congrats on the new ride. I seen a flock of pigeons, pack of stray cats, and some dogs heading your way.
Keep us posted on the 15 please...I'm seriously considering biting the bullet myself and ordering a new truck. Obviously the price tag stops me along with a few other things.
My truck has been rock solid and paid for. I've got this thing the way I want it and I m not sure for what little I really use it that its wise for me to buy a new truck, but I really like the updates on the 15's and I'm glad I didn't move on a 14 last year.
Good Luck and Thanks for all the help over the years...Don't be a STRANGER!!!!

This still feels like my 1st home. Got broke in on diesels on fte. Great bunch of guys and gals here and on the 6.7 forum. Have to admit, there's a lot more going on here.

I just sent my 04 F350 srw PSD down the road and it was hard. I knew that truck inside and out. It towed like no other and was dependable (once I got the kinks worked out).
I'm now 6 weeks into a 15 DRW 6.7 CC Lariat. It's an absolute beast. The ride and fit and finish is impressive compared to my 04.
I missed my 6.0 for about 10 minutes. The 15's are a breath of fresh air.
I like the new features offered, rain sensing windshield, adaptive cruise control, park assist, in a few years it will practically drive itself. I have been out and window licking... again. Then I crawl back into my 03 like a comfy old recliner. I do like the Platinum though
67,000 clams is a big nut to swallow............unless I hit lotto
...And that's what keeps me in my 06. Hell the wife even signed the permission slip to go buy a new truck. When I sit down and crunch the numbers I just cant seem to pull the trigger. I did make a HUGE mistake and drive a 15 this weekend, but my truck...according to the dealer, just wont net me enough on a trade to make it worth my while. Combine that with being a small business owner is a very volatile market and it looks like maybe in another 3-5 years I may be able to buy a new truck. I really like the 15' and Im afraid of what 16 and beyond will bring.
