Do they have a key number on them or are they just a plain lock?
This has popped up on numerous threads in the past. Bill (ND) has stated correctly that Ford never sold the key blanks to these toolbox locks. Key and lock cylinder coded together only. As I recall someone found a new lock at Home Depot or Lowes. Ya might use our search engine and find that thread.
I'm talking to a guy with a truck located far away. Just gauging options. Doesn't the tool box bolt on from under the bed?

As far as a lock I'm using one from a metal file cabinet.
Most have a replaceable lock tongue. Just measure it and you can find the correct size on line but then you have pay S&H..
Lowes or Home depot may have what your looking for..
I paid about 3 bucks for mind many yrs. ago..
