i have a 351w out of a 96 f350 with 140000 on it. i also have a complete 4wd e40d with converter for it. i have all the wiring and pcm for motor, and it is complete with alt, ps pump ect. looking for 400 for motor and 300 for trans. have 2 gas fuel tanks also with pumps.
