'92-'96 instrument clusters
I have a '95 Eddie Bauer F150 with just the speedo and two Gage's on each side. Will the instruments with the tachometer swap directly into my truck? And is there a way to swap my odometer reading into the other instrument cluster if they will swap?

They will*, technically. For the odometer reading, you'll have to swap your PSOM (which you'll find out about below).
*Your best bet to avoid having to swap pins on the connectors is find one from the same year (1995 in your case). I can't find it with a quick search, but theres a thread out in the wild internets with replys from a guy named Steve83 (who is one of the most helpful people in the universe). In it, you'll find not only which clusters are direct swaps (by year) but also what pins to change if you have one off a different year.
