I have a 99 f350 DRW and i have replaced the whole front end with replacement parts from MOOG and when i hit a pothole or even on uneven roads on either of the front wheels i am hearing a clunk but it's only coming from the driver side
Oh the only thing that has not been replaced yet is both radious arm bushing
Sounds like it's right under the floorboard? That's what my radius arm bushing sounded like but it was mostly while turning and hitting a bump.
Energy suspension bushings made it worse so don't go that route. You'll need a press to get the old ones out. The job is much quicker the second time around.
Did you replace sway bar links and bushings that hold the sway bar to frame?? Because a bad sway bar link on one side will show it's head even when hitting a bump on the other side. But like Chris said if it is coming from under the floorboard it could be the radius arm bushing.
Could be a loose shock. Changed mine a while back and now have a clunk out of both sides. I noticed that the factory bolt didn't fit snug in the bottom shock bushing so I'm assuming that is where its coming from since everything else is tight (ball joints, sway bar, springs, track bar etc.) Worth checking them out.
My front end clunks went away after I replaced sway arm links. Everything else in my front end felt tight. I upgraded my e99 to the latest and greatest upper mount and links with ball joints in them.
I recently just installed new swaybar bushings new sway bar links new front wheel bearings new tire rod ends new ball joints and also -new pivoting axle bushings
And brand new KYB shock absorbers
So im confused on where this sound is coming from it also sounds like i here the same sound when i cut the truck off and my door is open i kind of here the same clunk
Could it possibly be the coil springs ???? As well

I would think if it was a coil spring it would be more of a popping sound and less of a clunking. Just double check to make sure the spring is seated correctly and the bolts are tight. Did you replace the lower spring isolator? Now when you did the shocks how tight did you tighten the top nut? You want to make sure the rubber bushings are compressed alittle and are bowed out some.
