I have a 92 and looked at the same topic. It can be done, in theory, by getting the exhaust manifold and turo unit from an old Mustang SVO. From there one could, in theory, pipe the out put from the turbo directly into the intake track before the Mass air sensor. It is also possible, in theory, to switch everyting to the SVO electronics and intake. Sorry, I don't remember where I had read this.
I don't know if anything made for the rice rockets could be adapted. I ditched this idea and went with a 5.0 swap.
