axle nut help

Im rebuilding a 86 f250 with the 6.9 IDI and sterling 10.25 rear axle. Long story short i wasnt aware that there was a special tool to remove the spindle nut and i broke it. I need a new one for the passenger side but cant find one anywhere. I tried dorman part # 615-133 but it was the wrong size threads. Please help.

That should be the right nut for that side if the axle is the Sterling. Post a pic of the old nut and rear end if you can.

Here's some pics that i had on the computer

not pictured is the ratcheting ring and some sort of spring ring. both of which nestled between the nut and cup. Also its 2wd axle code 35

615-133 is for the right side, 615-134 is for the left side.

Right hand and left hand threads = left side and right side of the axle.

You need the 65-134 nut for the passenger side.

1986 F250 AXLE code 35 = Dana 61-1 rear axle.

1987/89 F250 AXLE code 35 = Sterling 10.25" rear axle.
