Those seem to be on powerstroke.org a lot for sale. It seems to be called a rear seat fold down platform more often that not.

I'd unfold the rack and throw the pet bed down. Worked fine.
The parts exchange location should be a GTG. We gather parts for each side of the state and exchange them when necessary.
