1995 f150 e4od problems
I am having problems with my tranny on my f150 the e4od. I bought the truck and it ran jus smoked. well I messed around and didn't put a motor in it till about a week ago. So it sat for almost 2 yrs. The trans worked fine before. But now when you put it in drive it seems like it's in a high gear not starting in first. If you drop it down in first manually it does better like maybe 2nd gear but you can tell it's not first. If you get going down the road and shift it up it drive manually it seems like it shifts in gear for a sec and then kicks into neutral. The fluid and filter are both freshly changed. I put a new mlps or neutral safety switch becuz I read a little bit and it says that it can cause them to start in a higher gear but it didn't solve my problem. Any ideas on what else to try?
