Air Bagger Lift ?

Is there an easy way to air bag my front end (4X4), for about 3" ?

Is this even a safe alternative to other lifts ?

Air Bagger Lift ?

Check out Goodyear. Alot of the 3/4 and 1 ton trucks are adding them for lift, stability and leveling. You can purchase a simple bag kit, which you have to fill with air from a compressor or at a gas station, or go all out and have an on-board air compressor and releif valve to do the work for you. It doesn't give such a harsh ride like lift springs do. Good luck....

Air Bagger Lift ?

I'm assuming you have a f150. I have airlift 1000's installed on my truck and I can get about an inch of lift at full pressure. The truck rides much better than stack and reduces body roll fantasticly. If you want 3" of lift you need to look into an entire lift kit.
