Rocker arms

What is the stock ratio on a 302 and would it be worth the money to upgrade to roller rocker arms with a larger ratio (i see 1.6 quite often) if so is this a simple switch or more complecated

The stock ratio is 1.6. Your money would probably be better spent elsewhere if you are looking for more power(heads, exhaust, gears etc.).

Gears are probably what you need with 31" tires. 1.7 ratio rockers will work because a '95 has MAF, but your valve covers will have to be modified to clear them.
