I think it would be easier to go to a place that deals with differentials. The ring and pinion are still produced by Dana. To go with a ratio 3.73 and higher you will need to change the ring carrier so the new ring will fit. The other carrier is for 3.92 and lower up to 5.13. The differential place should be able to get you a new ring and pinion and carrier. If you spent a little more money you could get a limited slip or detroit locker.

Depends what rpm you wanna turn and what speed you wanna run. From there, pick the ratio that will allow those things to happen and also that will allow the engine to live. I suspect you'll want to be a bit above the torque curve by a few hundred rpm at the highway speeds you wanna run. Do understand that what you get on the top end, you'll lose on the bottom end, so if interstate use will be frequent or infreqent will certainly factor into my decision of what ratio to select if it were my vehicle.
