My truck will say ( do you want to run a health report) , what is this?

check owners manual, there is a section that explains it..Involves synching your phone to Ford...bad side...I think that allows Ford access to everything in your phone and in your trucks computer.

Yeah, I wouldn't. It sounds like a pretty cool app to have a vehicle health report sent to you as a text message to your phone or as e-mail, but if you read about it in the manual, it also sends everything to Ford, and not just the vehicle info.
the voice prompt will come up every 10K miles I think and then bug you for a short period, then it goes away.

I Have 130.000 miles on mine and it still says it

I used to run the report and all I got online was ads from the local Ford dealers. Completely useless.

There's absolutely no truth to this. The only information they get is your phone number. That's it.
